How to Play Letroso
New to Letroso? Here is everything you need to know to start solving puzzles right now.
- Look at the blank grid and count the empty boxes. That tells you how many letters are in today’s hidden word. This shapes your entire approach before you type a single letter.
- Type a word and press Enter. Use a strong opening word that covers common vowels and consonants — ARISE, STARE, and OATEN are all excellent first guesses that give you maximum information.
- Read the color feedback carefully. Green means the letter is in the correct position. Yellow means it is in the word but in the wrong spot. Grey means it is not in the word at all.
- Check the connection lines between tiles. These appear after each guess and tell you which letters are directly next to each other in the final word. This is Letroso’s most powerful clue.
- Use your power-ups when you are genuinely stuck — not before. Hint reveals a confirmed letter, Elim removes wrong letters from the keyboard, and Bomb clears a broad range of impossible options.
- Keep guessing until you find the word. Your score is based on how few guesses it took. Every day is a fresh start and a new chance to beat your personal best.
